Carmela remains steadfast as she denies Ana Rosa of her forgiveness even if Esteban had already forgiven her. Vivian and Luciano surprise Maria with the silversmith shop while Hector finds an investor for his business. Meantime, Pulpo asks Esteban if he is also interested in buying his stocks just like Bruno and Demetrio. Maria confides to Padre Belisario that she was angry at Ana Rosa for telling everyone that she had a miscarriage because she still loves Esteban.
