In the Name of Love: Episode 66

Everyone is on their knees praying for Macarena’s recovery. The alarm of the cardiovascular machine goes off and the doctors give emergency treatment to Macarena yet she still goes into coma. As Macarena opens her eyes, she asks only for Paloma and Cristobal which upsets Carlota. Carlota shows Macarena her engagement ring through the window which agitated Macarena. Vision of her dream wedding appears as she slips into her death, smiling.
