Madrasta: Episode 1

Today is the twentieth year Esteban San Roman commemorates the death of his wife. The yearly memorial always includes get-together with the family and friends, a mass and a dinner. Today is also a special day for Maria Fernandez Acuna—her twentieth anniversary of the supposed crime she did against her friend Patricia. She reminisces how her husband and friends turned their backs against her. Though Hector, Estrella, and Angel long for a mother’s love, they still don’t want their father to remarry. On the other hand, Esteban makes sure he keeps his children away from knowing the truth about their real mother and pay his friends to keep mum about her real identity.
